Installs are isolated with CloudLinux & CageFS
We use CageFS to ensure no install can touch or read data from another install. If one installation is hogging resources or running a rogue or malicious script, it won't affect the other installations.

We have various automatic checks in place to determine the health of the backend servers where the installations are hosted. New installations are only created on healthy servers, ensuring the ability to create new installs is not affected by any single server experiencing issues.
